Arkansas single-trip oversize permit fee
$17 + $8–$16 per excess ton
That is the general Arkansas single-trip oversize/overweight permit rate. The total depends on the route. We do not calculate routes. We publish what the state publishes.
Official appendix: “Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated § 27-35-210, a charge of seventeen dollars ($17) shall be made for each permit. In addition, for each ton or major fraction thereof to be hauled in excess of the lawful weight … 100 Miles or Less $8.00 … 101 to 150 $10.00 … 151 to 200 $12.00 … 201 to 250 $14.00 … 251 miles or more $16.00.”
27 CAR § 111-203: “Unless otherwise specified in this part, the fee for a permit to move an over-dimensional vehicle or load is seventeen dollars ($17.00).”
