Those are the Utah single-trip permit fees for one movement, from one origin to one destination. $30 is oversize. $60 is oversize and overweight through 125,000 lb. Each is valid for not more than 96 continuous hours.

UCA 72-7-406: “(b) The fee is $30 for a single trip oversize permit under this Subsection (5). This permit is valid for not more than 96 continuous hours.” “(b) The fee is $60 for a single trip oversize and overweight permit under this Subsection (6). This permit is valid for not more than 96 continuous hours.” Subsection (6) is nondivisible overweight up to 125,000 lb.
