That is the New York single-trip special hauling permit fee for one movement, from one origin to one destination, on the live Central Permit Office table.

Official trip table: Single Trip $40, amendment $10. The same $40 / $10 row prints for Manufactured/Modular, Superload, Sealed Shipping Container, and Emergency Trip. Footnote: “Fees do not include any permit service company charges.”

The live table and another official desk channel do not match. NYSDOT PERM30 applicant text prints “Mail In/CPO Walk In: $40.00 / Regional Office: $60.00 / Permit Service: $40.00.” We are posting the live table $40. The $60 is the regional walk-in channel, not a different permit, and we are not replacing $40 with $60.
